At Maison de Desgouttes, every garment is carefully produced in limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collections. For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference or fit
• Color variations due to screen settings
• Buyer's remorse

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, email maisondedesgouttes@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Our team will review your claim and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the item qualifies for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Return Authorization

Do not send merchandise back without prior authorization.

If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address if a return is required. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences.

If a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, we will replace the item whenever inventory is available. If a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
